You can click on a sale to view why you got that much (most likely a patron bonus) guards don't really matter unless the person is asking for a specific one. The skins of the weapon don't change the price either unless requested by the customer

2. Sometimes two or more guests buy items at once
The most common  cause of this is the customers buying shields. In the current state of the in the game, you should avoid selling shields.

6. Skill points for increasing the sales price are invalid.
Charisma bonus is not currently implemented in 1.0 it will be public in the future, for now you should put points into agility or strength as these are the only two working skills.

Some of the stuff you suggested is already on its way in the future.
If you want to look at what is currently planned for the game, take a look here

Hey this is pretty minor but easy to do. so I was messing around and noticed that apparently I had sold a hammer but it said it had a guard. I began experimenting to see if there was a way to get the extra money for selling guardless items. As it turns out, if you take a grip, attach a strong guard to it, anvil it to remove the guard, then attach something like an axe, dagger, or hammer to it (anything that doesn't use a guard. This works for polearms too) and then sell it,  the game will add the price of the guard onto it despite not selling it. While the max extra coins you can get from this is 6 copper, it is really easy to do, and handy when starting out and needing copper. It isn't that big of an issue, but if higher tier guards ever get added, this would become a bigger exploit.

You need to make sure it's a two handed grip. If the customer requests a specific grip, they will not take anything other than what they asked for.

Maybe try messing with the resolution a bit?  If you go into graphics, there should be a slider there, the more you move it to the left, the lower the resolution of in world textures.

There are two in the cave, and two outside. I'm pretty sure there are more, but I don't know.  Just enter the mine and look up and behind you, there will be one on the ceiling. there's an ore to the left and to the right of the main entrance.
